Balloon Delivery Terms and Conditions

At BASHES our team members work 24/7 to offer premium products for your special occasions. When you purchase products or services from our website you agree to the following terms and conditions.


  • Product availability is subject to change at any given time. If your desired product is no longer available our team will substitute for an almost identical product that fits within the design of your order. If an alternate option is not available our team will contact you to discuss changes to your order.


  • Sending balloons to a recipient - if the recipient is not available our team will work with you to reschedule the delivery. In the event that your order was inflated and dispatched for delivery and the recipient was not available we will not replace or refund any orders that could not be used.


  • Customer service communication - BASHES office hours are Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday - Sunday 11am to 2pm. Our team schedules balloon deliveries outside of business hours to accommodate our clients event needs but customer service communication is handled during office hours. Team members will not communicate with clients outside of office or schedule delivery times.


  • Set up is available for all deliveries for an additional fee. If you did not add set up to your order our team members will not set up your order during your delivery.


  • Hotel and Apartment deliveries - Balloon orders to either location will be left with the front desk or concierge. Please provide any special notes for access to these buildings at checkout. If we are unable to access the building and not able to contact client the balloons will be returned to our office.
