To maintain a seamless experience from our studio to your space, here is everything you need to know about our arrival zones and how to care for your pieces.
HOW WE DELIVER:
Every BASHES. order is delivered by our own trained studio team. Not a third-party courier, not DoorDash, not a gig driver. When your order arrives, it is handled by someone who knows exactly what it's worth and how to treat it. Your balloons are transported with care, arrive fully inflated and arranged, and are placed directly into your hands by a member of our team.
We provide daily arrivals throughout the Washington DC metro area, including Maryland and Virginia. Same-day and next-day booking is available based on studio availability.
We deliver to most locations. If you are placing an order and find that your specific zip code is not clearing our automated online system, do not worry—we have you covered. Simply contact our team directly, and our desk will manually review your location to arrange support.
For grand installations, custom fabrications, or corporate site takeovers, please submit an inquiry online for support.
DELIVERY PRICING
Professional delivery is priced based on your location, order size, and selected arrival window. Starting from $35. Your exact delivery fee is confirmed at checkout after your zip code eligibility is verified. Larger orders may require additional vehicle capacity, which is reflected in the delivery rate.
EXPERT INSTALLATION (Available Add-On)
Delivery and installation are two separate services at BASHES. Your order arrives ready, but if you need our team to stay, set up, and style your space, Expert Installation is available by request. This service covers full on-site placement and arrangement and is quoted based on your order and venue. Contact our studio to arrange installation alongside your delivery.
Our specialty latex balloons are crafted to stay up for an extended time. On average, you can expect our standard 13" selections to float beautifully for around 72 hours when kept inside.
While float times can naturally vary based on the surrounding environment, our balloons are prepared to last as long as possible. Once your pieces are in your space, following a few simple steps will keep them looking flawless:
Balloons thrive best in neutral to cool indoor temperatures. Keep them away from hot spaces, direct heating vents, or humid rooms.
Low light is best for protecting the finish on our latex balloons. Try to position your pieces away from harsh, direct sunlight.
Our foil balloons float for a very long time, but they respond to temperature shifts. Cold air might make them look a little soft, but they will crisp right back up once they are back in a warm room.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL DAY
You will receive a confirmation the day before your scheduled arrival. Our team will send a live update when they are en route. Please ensure someone is available at your selected arrival window. For building deliveries, notify your front desk or doorman in advance and have elevator or access details ready to share with our team.

Prepare Your Space
Before our transit vehicle arrives at your door or suite, clear a direct path from the entrance to where the balloons will live. Move any sharp objects, low fixtures, or rough furniture out of the way.

To ensure a safe and smooth hand-off, please meet our driver at the door completely hands-free. We ask that you secure any pets, children, and have your phone put away so you can safely receive your order without any distractions.
