At BASHES, we understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We have a straightforward cancellation and credit policy in place to ensure a smooth process for our customers.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your BASHES delivery order, you can do so up to 14 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Simply contact our customer service team by sending an email to Info@BASHESDC.COM with your cancellation request.
Please note that if your order is more than 14 days away from the delivery date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. For orders within 14 days of delivery, we offer store credit for the full amount of your order.
Refunds and Store Credits
Refunds are reviewed, approved and then issued during our customer service hours, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
For orders that qualify for store credit, you will also receive an email with your credit information. Store credits can be used for future purchases online or at BASHES pop-up events. Please note that store credits expire after 1 year.

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number can be found at the top of your order confirmation email or in the subject line.
I can't find my order confirmation.
Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email address you used to checkout. Please don't forget to check your spam folder if you are unable to locate it.

Recent orders may take up to 2 hours to appear in our order status system.
