As part of our commitment to safety and sustainability, we are excited to offer credits for select products eligible for return. These credits can be used towards future orders when you shop online. Schedule a return below and prepare your BASHES online account to receive your credits.
Please Note - Only BASHES weights from previous orders will be accepted. a quick check will be done during pickup and any weights that are not bashes will be returned to you. damaged, dirty or disassembled weights will not be accepted.
How It Works:
1. Fill out the exchange form below
Check in your contact information and details about your exchange.
2. Schedule your complimentary pickup
Work with our team to schedule your pickup date.
3. Prepare your weights
If you are exchanging dozens of weights please place them in a bag or box for quick pickup.
4. Enjoy your credit
Once we receive your weights our team will inspect and sanitize them. After your credit will be applied to your account and you will receive an email to confirm your return.

How do I return my weights?
Schedule a drop-off online and follow instructions at our drop box. Drop off hours Monday through Friday 10am - 5pm or Saturday - Sunday 11am - 2pm.
which items are eligible?
Currently only balloon weights are eligible for buyback.
how do I use my credit?
Once your returned weights have been processed you will receive an email link to your BASHES account where you can view and use your online store credit.
