Cancellations and credits



At BASHES Party Company, we're dedicated to making your celebrations unforgettable! To ensure we can deliver the highest quality products and services for every event, we have a clear policy regarding cancellations and credits. Your understanding allows us to maintain our commitment to excellence.



Service Terms & Conditions


Upon payment confirmation, your order is officially secured and immediately enters our processing schedule. Due to the custom nature of our products and the resources allocated for your specific event:


  • All product, installation, service, and delivery fees are final and non-refundable.


  • By placing an order online or completing a payment, you are agreeing to BASHES Party Company's service terms and conditions.


BASHES Party Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customers who have displayed problematic or harmful behavior towards any of our valued team members.



Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible:


  • To initiate a cancellation, please send a written notice to our team via email at Info@BASHESDC.COM.
  • Please await a cancellation confirmation email from our team to ensure your request has been received and processed.


Regarding Refunds and Store Credits:


  • Orders cancelled within 14 days (2 weeks) of your scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund.However, we're happy to offer a full store credit for these orders, which can be used towards a future BASHES Party Company celebration!


  • Same-day delivery orders are not eligible for any refund or store credit due to immediate resource allocation.


  • Orders cancelled 15 days or more (more than 2 weeks) prior to your scheduled delivery date are eligible for either a partial refund or a full store credit. We will process the partial refund based on the resources already committed to your order, or you can opt for a full store credit for maximum flexibility.



Important Notes on Cancellations & Credits


To ensure a smooth process and clarity for your order:


  • Timely Notifications are Key: The sooner you notify us of a cancellation, the better we can accommodate your request according to our policy. Please be mindful of the 14-day cutoff for refund eligibility.


Event Postponement: If you need to postpone your event, please contact us immediately. While not a cancellation, postponement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to our availability and the timing of your request. We will do our best to reschedule your order without penalty, but a full store credit may be issued if a new date cannot be accommodated.
