At the time of payment confirmation your order is confirmed and will process immediately. ALL PRODUCT, INSTALLATION, SERVICE AND DELIVERY FEES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE.

By placing an order online or completing a payment you agree to BASHES service terms and conditions. 

BASHES hold the right to refuse service to any customers who have displayed problematic or harmful behavior towards any team members. 

Cancellation Policy: 

Customers are able to cancel an order at any time. To do so please send a written notice to our team via email; Info@BASHESDC.COM. Please wait for cancellation confirmation via email from our team. 

Orders cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery are not eligible for a refund. These orders are eligible for a full store credit. 

Same Day Deliveries are not eligible for a refund. 

Orders cancelled any date 14 days or more prior to your delivery date are eligible for a partial refund or a full store credit.
