We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our exquisite balloon arrangements to our valued clients. Your exceptional attention to details and professional demeanor will contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

-Safely and efficiently transport our luxury balloon arrangements to various locations, following assigned routes and schedules.

-Ensure the proper handling and care of delicate balloons during transportation to maintain their pristine condition.

-Provide exceptional customer service, including friendly interactions and professional representation of our brand.

-Assist with the loading and unloading of balloon arrangements, ensuring their secure placements in the delivery vehicle.

-Maintain accurate delivery records, including obtaining necessary proof of delivery photos and documenting any delivery-related information.

-Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure the delivery vehicle is in optimal condition.

-Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulation while operating the delivery vehicle.

-Communicate effectively with the office team to relay delivery updates and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates are dynamic self starters who take initiative and strive to constantly exceed expectations and also: 

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Ability to handle delicate items with care to maintain their pristine condition.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and routes.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and transport balloon arrangements of various sizes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as delivery demands require.

Seeking two balloon inflators for full time and part time positions to support our fast paced office through both creative and administrative tasks. Balloon inflators are essential to our day to day operations and works directly with our office administrator and delivery drivers. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

-preparing and reviewing daily orders

-completing inflation for daily orders 

-organizing workflow

-packing orders

-maintaining order progress 

-preparing reports 

-maintaining inventory 

-preparing orders for delivery/pick up

-maintaining a clean and safe workspace 

-organizing inventory and restocking products 

-professionally communicating with customers

-support during event design meetings 

-attend site visits for large installations 

-complete off site installations
