DELIVERY RATES FOR FSW SIGNATURE BUNDLES:
1. Standard Delivery
Rate: $25 Per Order (not applicable on peak days).
Discounted Rate: $15 per order if guaranteed 20 orders per week.
Next Day or Same Day Orders
- General orders are subject to availability.
- Most products are stocked and ready for same-day delivery, but inflation time may vary based on order size.
4. Standard Delivery for Online or Custom Orders:
- Rate: $45 per order.
5. Special Offer for FSW Guests:
- FSW guests booking a self service order online can get complimentary delivery on orders over $250 with code FSW.
HOW TO EARN COMMISSION:

1. Base Commission on Sales:
- Standard Rate: Each team member earns 8% commission on total sales of FSW Signature Bundles they personally handle.
-Incentive for Consistency: If a team member exceeds 20 orders in a week, their commission for that week increases to 10% on all sales.
2. Bonus for Urgent Requests:
- For each urgent request they successfully address, they receive a $5 bonus.
3. Commission on Custom Orders:
- Offer a 12% commission on the total value of any custom orders they facilitate, promoting engagement with clients who need tailored solutions.
4. Performance Bonus:
- At the end of each month, if a team member exceeds a sales threshold (e.g., $2,500 in sales), they receive a flat performance bonus of $100.
5. Referral Bonuses:
- If an individual team member brings in a new client who places an order, they earn a $20 bonus for each new client.
