Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely NO PICK UP - Your premium quality order can be extra delicate. Let the pros handle transport.


Do you offer same day delivery? 

Yes, Almost all products are available and can be ready same day. Submit an inquiry or give us a call and a team member will get you started. Additional fees may apply.


What's the price for your balloons? Do you have a price list? 

Every order is different and we have the pleasure of helping you curate the perfect assortment. You will receive a unique quote for you to review via email.

BASHES Delivery 101

At BASHES we've had the pleasure of providing 'front door delivery service' to businesses, brands and birthdays to thousands all around our 4 delivery cities. Our full delivery service is currently offered in Washington D.C. with limited service in Los Angeles, New York City/Jersey City and Boston. We look forward to delivering balloons to your next special occasion and continuing to guarantee our high quality hassle free balloon delivery!

  • You are able to schedule a delivery 24/7 on any available delivery dates. Delivery times outside of business hours require an additional charge.

  • Additional charges apply for Peak Delivery Times , delivery times outside of business hours and orders with large or extra large loads.

  • Delivery rates are based on distance from BASHES warehouse location and size of your order.  

  • We deliver to ALL LOCATIONS; office, residential, venues, parks, rooftops, hotels, restaurants etc. (some restaurants and venues do not allow helium filled balloons)

  • Set up is NOT included with basic delivery.

  • Requesting information about a delivery service does not confirm a balloon delivery order. Orders are confirmed with a full payment and order confirmation.

  • In the event of inclement weather or extended delays a BASHES team member will reach out to you via phone number provided to discuss your delivery options.

Same Day Delivery

We are happy to work with you for a same day or last minute (within 3 days) delivery order. We are prepared to accommodate most orders with very little notice but stock will vary based on daily demand for certain products. Please advise that some products may not be available for your same day order.

In order to confirm your balloon order quickly it is important to respond to any questions our team may have as soon as possible. Inflation will not begin on any same day orders until payment has processed and order is confirmed.  


Installation Set up

Balloon set up is NOT included with basic delivery.

BASHES Balloon delivery service is a front door drop off service.

Balloon set up is available starting at $85 per hour. Price will vary for set up based on the number of hours needed to complete the set up, general labor and delivery time.

Our team delivers to hundreds of customers weekly and tour delivery schedule may not allow for set up assistance for your order. Please discuss set up with a team member before booking your delivery.

Balloon Float Times

Float times will vary for all orders based on room temperature where the balloons are stored, exposure to outdoor elements and handling prior to use.

Latex balloons float for an estimated 8-10 hours. Add a balloon treatment and extend your float time by an additional 12 hours.

Foil/Mylar balloons float for an estimated 40-72 hours. Balloon treatments cannot be added to any foil balloons.

  • Your order is inflated between 2-6 hours prior to your delivery time in optimal temperatures to give your balloons the best float time.
  • DO NOT SCHEDULE A BALLOON DELIVERY OVER 12 HOURS BEFORE USE. This is too far in advance! If you need balloons in advance please discuss product options with a team member to ensure a good float time.

What happens if a balloon pops?

While BASHES balloons are premium quality some products are very VERY delicate. It's a rare thing, but damages do happen and our team understands. If a balloon is damaged during delivery our team will document the damaged item(s) and submit this information to our office. Replacement balloons are not available during deliveries but our team will work with you to replace the product if the product is damaged before your delivery is completed and if our delivery schedule allows. Our team will issue an OOPS credit for the damaged product and add this to your account for a future order.

If a balloon pops or is damaged once your order has been delivered you have up to 15 minutes to report damages to our team. Please share a photo of the damages with our team and an OOPS credit will be added to your account.

Delivery Policies 

  • BASHES balloon delivery service is a 'front door drop off' service. If your event or delivery locations is on a floor other than ground level please make note of that information in your initial delivery inquiry. Residential apartment/condo deliveries and hotel deliveries will be left with the front desk/concierge if customer is not available to meet in the lobby.

  • BASHES will not refund or replace balloons that are damaged by guests at the delivery location during delivery or set up process.

  • Balloon deliveries must be cancelled no later than two weeks in advance to receive a partial refund or full store credit for future use. Credits expire after 2 years.

  • Refunds are honored for balloons damaged during your delivery. Once your delivery is complete you have up to 15 minutes to report damaged balloons to our team (photos are required). Approval can take up to 7 business days. After this time the order is final and non-refundable. BASHES WILL NOT REFUND INFLATION CHARGES. REFUNDS ARE FOR APPROVED DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY

  • BASHES delivery team members DO NOT carry extra balloons, equipment or materials to help you set up or secure your balloons. Please request set up for your order before booking your delivery.

Delivery Attempt

In the event that you book a delivery and you or the intended recipient are not available for your confirmed delivery time our team will contact you on the number provided to discuss your options. With your permission we can leave the balloons at the location unattended but you waive your right to refund eligibility if any damages occur. We can make a second delivery attempt, based on availability. After these attempts a second delivery will require a second delivery fee and or completely new order.  

If you have scheduled a delivery with set up our team will allow a 15 minute grace period for you to arrive. After 15 minutes your set up can be cancelled and the set up is non-refundable.
