For moments that require an immediate BASHES. celebration presence, we offer a limited number of priority arrival delivery slots daily. These requests are designed to ensure your urgent selections are prepared to our signature standard on a shortened timeline.
BASHES. SAME-DAY DELIVERY
When you complete your selection online, your order is automatically confirmed for same-day arrival. We only contact you if a specific element is entirely out of stock and requires your direct input. Otherwise, consider your celebration handled.
Selections finalized by 1 PM EST receive priority placement in today's production queue. Orders placed after 1 PM are still processed for today but are prioritized for the next available delivery slot based on our current studio volume.
With an inventory of over 100 custom latex colors, we maintain a "matching or better" substitution policy. Our studio artisans use full design discretion to ensure your order meets our gallery-grade standard. If a minor style or shade shift is needed to keep your order on schedule, we handle it seamlessly so you don't have to.
You may provide a preferred window, and we strive to honor it. However, because we navigate city transit and high-volume studio schedules, specific delivery times are not guaranteed for same day balloon delivery. Our team works to ensure your BASHES. presence is established as efficiently as possible within our daily windows.
Our Washington D.C. Studio is a private high-design production center and is not open for public pickups. All orders are handled exclusively by our delivery team to ensure they reach your location in iconic, ready-to-display condition.

Instant Studio Confirmation
We understand the urgency of your celebration. When you place a Priority order online, it is automatically guaranteed for that day provided the selections are available in our current inventory.
- All same-day selections should be finalized by 1 PM EST for optimal processing.
- Orders placed after 1 PM are immediately prioritized for the next available arrival slot that same day if available.
- Production begins only once an order is confirmed and fully processed.
- Because priority arrivals are time-sensitive, any delay in the checkout process or payment may result in your production window being moved to a later slot.
Design Discretion & Substitutions
With a library of over 100 custom latex colors and high-design finishes, our studio is uniquely equipped to handle inventory shifts without compromising the look of your piece.
- To maintain momentum and ensure your arrival stays on schedule, we exercise full design discretion on all priority orders.

Do I need to wait for a call to confirm my order?
No. Once your order is placed online, it is active in our system. We only reach out if there is a critical design question that requires your direct input.
Can I get a specific delivery time?
We prioritize your preferred window, but we cannot guarantee an exact minute of arrival. Our team works efficiently to get your pieces to you as early as the schedule allows.
What if I need to change my order after 1 PM?
Due to the high-speed nature of Priority production, changes are rarely possible once an order enters the production queue. Please make us aware of any changes ASAP.
