Two of the most celebratory elements in balloon design, combined into one high-impact setup. The Oversized HBD Letters and Confetti Balloon pairs bold, jumbo-scale letter balloons with a confetti-filled clear balloon that adds texture, movement, and visual depth to any birthday moment. It is the kind of combination that makes a space feel fully styled rather than simply decorated.
